What we collect

Team Digital Bot receives WhatsApp messages that team members choose to send to their team's bot number: the message text, any attached photos or short videos, the sender's phone number, and their WhatsApp display name. We use this to draft and publish workplace moments to the sender's private team wall, always with the sender's confirmation.

How it is used and shared

Content is visible only to members of the same workspace. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers that run the product (hosting, database, file storage, and an AI service that drafts the text of a moment from the message you sent).

Retention and deletion

Workspace managers can hide or delete any published moment and can request removal of an employee's profile and posts. To request deletion of your data, contact your workspace manager or email us and we will remove it within 30 days.
